Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 90 days after purchase

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
